We specialize in creating fully Canadian-compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS), WHMIS 2015 labels, and TDG documentation for ingredient distributors and importers.

Our compliance specialist’s background includes holding senior regulatory and quality roles in chemical distribution and pharmaceutical environments and working as a Regulatory Compliance Officer at Health Canada. We have authored SDSs for a wide range of products, evaluated formulations for hazard classification, supported ISO 9001 and Responsible Distribution programs, and managed compliance activities from inspections to corrective actions.
